Welcome to the simiunderwear.com. Your use of this Site is subject to certain terms and conditions of use. When you shop with us,these terms apply. They’re important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful info, protecting your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business. To shop with us you need to be at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We do our best to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate and up to date. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, even though we make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the Site. The inclusion of any products or services on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prohibited Uses of Site You must not misuse or tamper with our website or apps or other services (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks etc) or otherwise mess with our tech or functionality or steal our or our customers’ data. Simi will report any such breach or activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.We recommend you use virus protection software when using any website, including ours. Although we have a dedicated team who work hard to stop people messing with our Website, we can’t guarantee that it will always be secure from bugs, viruses or trouble-makers. All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of tax or VAT(where applicable)

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).Very occasionally, we may need to cancel an order. In this case, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. If an alternative action is required for any reason, a Simi representative will inform you on the issue.

3. Delivery

You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or work address. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer than expected. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected and tracking is available on Standard Delivery services. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

4. Cancellation or Refusal of Orders

You may cancel an Order for certain products if the Order is still being processed (and has not gone to the warehouse) to receive a refund to your original form of payment of the price paid. Otherwise, you must return the product(s) in accordance with our Returns policy. Personalized products in an Order may not be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

5. Returns Policy

The invoice date must not exceed 15 days. Product labels and logos, if any, should not be removed. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags. It's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. Products damaged by user error cannot be returned. Swimwear, bikini and underwear that do not have a sanitary pad due to contact with the body during use cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. We strongly recommend you get proof of postage.

6. Price and Payment

While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the product(s) you will receive a full refund. We are under no obligation to sell the product(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent you a Shipment Confirmation). All prices are exclusive of shipping charges. The total cost of the order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus the delivery charge. Prices may change at any time. If you order products from our site for international delivery, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches the destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Payment may be made by all credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) also with credit cards of foreign banks.

7.Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under circumstances out of our control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, fire, lightning, or extremely severe weather, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees), acts or omissions of Internet services providers or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.

8.Merchandise & Availability

Merchandise availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have shipped. Our site tells you if an item is out of stock in a particular size – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that new stock will become available.

9.Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability:

Your use of the site is at your risk. The information, materials, consent and services provided on or through the site are provided on or through the site are provided ‘as is’ without any warranties of any kind.
